Nexa Brand Studio ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect the materials you share during the intake and delivery of your Personal Brand Kit.

• Career materials: résumé, headshot, biography and other content you submit during intake.
• Payment metadata: Stripe session ID, package purchased, order date and status. We never store raw payment-card information.
• Communications you send us.

How we use it

• To design, build and deliver your Personal Brand Kit.
• To communicate about your project, invoices and next steps.
• To improve our services and process quality.

Storage and access

Client materials are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Only Nexa Brand Studio staff working on your project and services required to deliver your Personal Brand Kit (for example, Stripe for payments) have access. Client materials are never made publicly accessible.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use trusted service providers (payments, hosting, email) only to deliver our services.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@nexabrandstudio.com. Some information may be retained for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons.
