These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and delivery of Personal Brand Kits and related services from Nexa Brand Studio ("we", "our"). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Nexa Brand Studio provides Personal Brand Kits as described on this website. Scope, revision rounds and included sections are defined by the specific kit you purchase.

Payment

Full payment is required to begin work. Payments are processed by Stripe. Nexa Brand Studio never stores raw payment-card information.

Client responsibilities

You agree to complete intake materials accurately, provide content you have the right to share, and respond to review requests in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend project timelines.

Ownership

On delivery, we transfer the finished website and associated project — code, custom domain and platform accounts — to you. No maintenance contract is required. Future updates are optional and not included unless separately arranged.

No guarantees

Nexa Brand Studio does not guarantee employment, promotions, income or professional opportunities. Our services help communicate the value of your career; outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Revisions & refunds

Revision, refund and ownership terms are described in the Revision, Refund and Ownership Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa Brand Studio's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
